During your retreat, you will enjoy healing session/s, a sound bowl experience, breath-work, and a somatic movement workshop and self-healing tools to take with you to continue to nourish away from the retreat space.
We will break mid retreat to share a delicious hot meal together. There will also be the opportunity to enjoy a
mugwort tea gathering by the open fire. Healthy refreshments will be available throughout the day. Just bring you, your journal, a warm blanket and pillow if desired.
