FAQs

How does a treatment feel?

During and after the sessions you will likely feel deeply connected to your body and may experience a ‘state of bliss’. During a treatment we encourage you to actively connect to the area the practitioner is working on. This supports your bodies own innate healing ability and increases the benefits of the session if your awareness is focused on the area of ease. We encourage you to allow yourself complete relaxation during your treatment, however, avoid sleeping!

Why do you treat more than 1 person at any one time?

Receiving treatment in a group environment in an amazing way of experiencing a healing session.

The healing intention and intensity of group healing is quite phenomenal. Healing in a group also gives you time to connect with your body independently whilst the practitioner is working on another client. This gives your body time to re-establish the self healing it is so capable of achieving. During these group sessions your privacy is absolutely paramount. No personal information will be disclosed during these sessions and your practitioner will always ensure that time is allocated to discuss any specific concerns or changes in your wellness.
